us you are not left on your own.
Our on-line support system include:
- Live chat sessions with an LPI certified trainer.
- Forums:
- each topic has its own forum so you can fire away with your questions.
- an LPI certified trainer will answer the questions in depth on the forums daily.
- you can search the forums for similar questions and answers
- Quizzes: each topic has a set of questions for you to test your knowledge on
- A lot of the topics have additional resources on the internet or in .pdf format for you to expand your knowledge
- Additional practicals are available to you so you can practice what you have learned.
Studying throw your manuals will not require you to be logged in on the internet, but when you get stuck
(and believe me, you will) you simply login on the internet and get yourself un-stuck. You will also have to
go on-line to test your knowledge with the quizzes and to get the extra examples and practicals to practice.
Assignments:
You will receive your first assignment with your course pack.
Each assignment will be marked by an LPI trainer with detailed explanations on what you had wrong. If you did
not pass the assignment you will receive a similar but different assignment so you can learn what you had wrong.
When you completed an assignment successfully you will receive your old assignment back with your new assignment.
Assignments can be send by snail mail or email.
